The newly renovated bathroom had great heated floors, but luggage storage fees were high.

Nice hotel with great wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception, and a convenient fitness centre. I still remember the staff's helpfulness during my first stay when they assisted with my wake-up call. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

The absence of a bathroom vent can lead to some discomfort, especially considering the high nightly rate. Storing luggage incurs a $5 fee per bag, which adds up quickly, and the inconsistent approach to discounts for different guests can be frustrating. Be aware of the prevalent business vibe in the lobby, which detracted from the vacation atmosphere my wife and I hoped for, along with a distinct lack of benefits for Hilton Honors members.

I truly enjoyed my stay as I could easily walk to both Central Park and Times Square, making my weekend explorations so much fun. the spacious room with an incredible view was a delightful bonus that made my trip even more memorable as a solo traveler.

I loved the bottle of champagne and strawberries waiting for us to celebrate our special occasion. that personal touch was so thoughtful! The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a long day, really hit the spot. It did take a bit longer to check in since it was a busy lobby, but overall, we had a fantastic experience! 🥂

Stayed in a King Studio for 4 nights. The room was spacious and super comfy with an amazing view. AC worked well, and everything felt fairly updated. Loved having a coffee/tea machine. Free water in the room. Wi-Fi was solid too. Cleaning staff were friendly, making it feel more cozy. Just a bit limited seating in the lobby, but no biggie.
